Ā Test and inspection
1. Part Material Inspection: Before shipment inspecting the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the following parts and provide inspection reports: cylinder, cylinder head, crankshaft, crankcase, main bearing, connecting rod, piston rod, piston rod, cross head, connecting rod bush connecting bolt, cross head pin, etc.Ā
2.Ā Nondestructive inspection: the supplier shall perform non-destructive inspection of the following parts.
Hydrostatic test and pressure test
The test pressure of cylinder block, cylinder head, piston and other compressed parts is at least 1.5 times of the maximum allowable working pressure, and lasts more than 30 minutes. The test pressure of the above parts of the water chamber is at least 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure, not less than 0.6MPa.
